According to reports, the couple are currently living apart as they try to work on their relationship. The news comes shortly after Ant spent some time in rehab earlier this year in a bid to tackle drug and alcohol dependency.
The 41-year-old television personality is said to be living in a house just a few streets away from his marital home with Lisa.
A source is quoted by The Sun as saying: "They are effectively leading separate lives. [Ant] said he needs space and everyone respects that."
The insider added that the couple will use the next few weeks – when Ant will be in Australia working on reality TV show I'm A Celebrity – as a "make or break" for their marriage, as they use the time apart to "decide how they feel about each other".
"The sad reality is that it's not looking positive that the marriage will survive long-term," they claimed.
Ant and Lisa dated for 12 years before they tied the knot in 2006.
