Laurence Fishburne Files For Divorce

Laurence Fishburne has filed for divorce from his estranged wife Gina Torres.

It is understood the couple separated a year ago, but the actor has now only filed for separation, TMZ has reported.

In September, the couple announced that they had separated. In a statement, they said: "With heavy hearts, Laurence and I quietly separated and began the dissolution of our marriage in the early fall of last year. There are no bad guys here. Only a love story with a different ending than either one of us had expected."


Fishburne, 56, and 48-year-old Torres were married for 15 years. They have one child together, 10-year-old daughter Delilah. Fishburne also has two children with ex-wife Hajna O. Moss.
