The reality television star has previously spoken of her plans to expand her family with husband Kanye West, but admitted that she is struggling to conceive.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, the 34-year-old addressed reports she was expecting. She said: "We've been trying, we've been trying. I pray about it", adding that the weight she has recently gained is because of her eating habits, rather than pregnancy.
Going on to talk about her marriage to West, she confessed: "We stay home and hang out, we are truly obsessed with each other. We have the most normal relationship, if you can call anything about us normal. We have a really normal relationship and we are just happy.
"I mean, we do everything [together] from right as I was leaving here, like, 'How do I look babe? How does my outfit look?' And you know, he's like 'Eww, those shoes are bad, take those off, here, put these on, OK, are you hungry? Here, let me hurry up and make your lunch before you go.'
"We are together all the time and always wanting each other's opinions. We are just best friends."
Kardashian and West, 37, started dating in April 2012. That December, the couple announced they were expecting their first child together. Their daughter, North 'Nori' West, was born in June 2013. In October, the couple confirmed they were engaged and they tied the knot in a lavish ceremony in Florence, Italy, in May 2014.
