The couple, who are expecting their first child together, are also said to have issued out their wedding invites – via email.
It seems a strange move for the 38-year-old who previously announced his engagement by taking out a classified advertisement in The Times newspaper. However, it is thought the couple wish to be married before their child is born.
According to The Sunday Mirror, a source is quoted as saying: "The invitations have gone out already, which is very quick. It's shocked a few people but they want their special day to happen before they have the baby.
"The details have been sent out in an email rather than a paper invitation as time is of the essence. They're planning the perfect day. Life couldn't be much better for them at the moment."
Cumberbatch and Hunter, 36, first met in 2009 when they starred opposite each other in Burlesque Fairytales, but they were only spotted together publicly in June 2014 when they attended the French Open.
In November 2014, they confirmed their engagement. Earlier this month, the couple announced they were expecting their first child together.
