The pair got engaged in 2011 however Kate recently admitted she was keen to walk down with Bellamy: "I look forward to [the weeding]. We'll both figure it out. We've been both very busy, but it will happen."
The couple, who have a two-year-old son Bingham together, as well as raising Kate's ten-year-old son Ryder for a previous relationship, are enduring crisis talks and have not been photographed together since December.
Kate was also spotted without her ring at Bvlgari's Decades of Glamour party on Tuesday.
However sources insist the couple are still very much together and determined to make work their love.
A insider told E! News: "They are OK. They go through their ups and downs like every other couple. It's true that occasionally they don't spend as much time together as they would like, work pulls them apart from time to time. But they are working on strengthening their relationship."
