However, sources say the 45-year-old has simply moved out because she is lonely and has started spending more time with friends.
"Her dad offered to move in with her, but instead, two weeks ago, she packed in some things and moved into a rental in Malibu that overlooks the sea. It's very private and cosey and practically next to Courteney."
The source also said that the actress is toying with the idea of selling Bel Air home: "It's supposed to be their marital home, but that still hasn't happened".
An insider said recently that "things have really deteriorated. They've barely spoken for weeks. It really does feel like the beginning of the end".
