The former Two And A Half Men star announced his engagement to porn star Rossi earlier this month. However, according to RadarOnline, Rossi is currently in the process of divorcing her estranged husband Jonathan Ross.
A source is quoted by the publication as saying: "The divorce between Brett and Jonathan is going to be finalised in the next few months, if not sooner. There isn't anything that is being contested."
Ross is understood to have filed for divorce in July 2013, but his 24-year-old wife did not file a response until January 2014 – two weeks before her engagement to Sheen.
Sheen, 48, has been married three times already. His first marriage was in 1995 to Donna Peele but they separated a year later. In June 2002, Sheen married actress Denise Richards. The couple have two daughters, Sam and Lola, together. In March 2005, Richards filed for divorce, accusing Sheen of alcohol and drug abuse and threats of violence. Their separation was finalised in November 2006.
In May 2008, Sheen tied the knot for the third time. He married Brooke Mueller and the couple have twin sons, Bob and Max. In November 2010, Sheen filed for divorce. It was finalised the following May. The actor is also a father to a grown-up daughter Cassandra with former girlfriend Paula Profitt.
