The couple, who are thought to have been in a relationship since late 2013, are said to be celebrating Woodall's 50th birthday and have visited art museums and eating out in expensive restaurants as part of their romantic getaway.
Taking to her Instagram account, Woodall posted a photo of the couple together having breakfast in Madrid, alongside the caption: "Half a century".
In another photograph, she is wearing a new black and white top, with the message: "Gorgeous present. She also shared images of a visit to a gallery and a snap of her daughter Lyla, 10, her child with ex-husband Johnnie Elichaoff.
Saatchi, 70, was previously married to celebrity chef Nigella Lawson. They tied the knot in 2003, but divorced in 2013, just weeks after the art dealer was spotted with his hand around his Lawson's neck.
