Kimberley Walsh has said she wants to start a family.
The singer and actress added that she is also ready to marry her long-time partner Justin Scott.
In an interview with Hello magazine, the 31-year-old confessed: "We're both really broody. Friends laugh at us and say we're the best babysitters, which we are. I really don't think it's going to be long now."
When questioned about the potential sound of wedding bells, she added: "I always sort of saw it happening after Girls Aloud finished [earlier this year]. I didn't want getting married to get lost in everything else. Justin knew that and would never have asked me when he knew it wasn't the right time.
"But he really does want to get married at some point and it will happen. I've never been one of those girls who wanted a big extravagant wedding, though, so I think I'll be more, 'Can we just do this really quickly please and really simply?'"
Walsh has been dating Scott for 10 years.
