According to The Mirror, the Coronation Street actor ended the relationship as he needs some time alone following his court case earlier this month.
Le Vell, 48, was found not guilty of 12 sex offences earlier this month.
A source close to the actor is quoted as saying: "Michael has been through the toughest ordeal of his life.
"He just needs some time and space to be on his own, get his head right and rebuild his life.
"His short-term priority is to have a holiday then get back to work on Coronation Street and do what he does best.
"It's a very difficult time and they are still close.
"However, they are both understandably upset. They've both been though a hell of a lot lately."
Le Vell and 31-year-old Fouche, who is a mum-of-four, started dating in May.
