The couple married at Babington House, Bath, on Tuesday with their family and close friends in attendance.
On Monday, the rapper – whose real name is Stephen Manderson – took to his Twitter account to confirm the couple were preparing to exchange vows.
He wrote: "Thank you all for your kind wishes, as you may have read I'm marrying the love of my life tomorrow so I'm off for a little while, big love x"
According to the Daily Mail, the groom wore a navy blue suit for his nuptials, while his best friend, Lewis Richards acted as his best man. Mackintosh, 23, wore a vintage lace wedding dress with peplum detailing and Christian Louboutin peep-toe heels, and was accompanied down the aisle by her father, Nigel, and four bridesmaids.
Following the ceremony, Mackintosh tweeted two pictures of the couple, with the captions: "Self explanatory" and "Happy".
Green, 29, and Mackintosh started dating almost two years and revealed their engagement in March.
